Here is the framework of a room addition . The room is a utility/wash room, it sets on top of a cellar which we have refurbished prior to the framing. ( see Concrete repair section for details ).  We used treated lumber for the ceil  plates. Plywood sheeting was screwed down prior to the metal roof.
